Three generations of experience of Mare Fresh dates back to 1965 when M. Mahir Turan (1924-2007) built the citrus packing facility in Mersin, Turkey. “Turan Export” was the only packing house built for citrus export at that time. It was the trailblazer at most of the markets among Turkish exporters. The company was established by 100% own capital.

With the changing dynamics of the fresh fruits and vegetables market, Cem Turan improved the company’s vision and mission as the second generation, CMS Citrus. Partnership with Purnatur started with this new structure and got stronger year by year.

Mare Fresh is the third generation of over 50 years experience and vision.
